The XI International Human Rights Colloquium will take place in Sao Paulo, Brazil from 5 to 12 November, 2011, and will address the “Implementation of International and Regional Human Rights Decisions and Recommendations”. The annual event, created in São Paulo in 2001, has been a training and networking opportunity for human rights activists and scholars from the Global South (Africa, Asia and Latin America).
